Dear Sir, CONFIDENTIAL I have to inform you that my Directors will accept your letters of September llth and 25th, addressed to Mr. Ferguson, as notice of resignation. For the purpose of the company's records, will you please advise me whether you finish work from today's date, or at the end of October. Please hand over to Mr. Wilson, of Fitzpatricks, all matters and developments to which h this company is legally entitled, and hand over any equipment etc., belonging to Harry Ferguson Ltd., to Harry Ferguson (Motors) Ltd., which you might have. Arrangements will be made for this to be collected. I need scarcely say that my Directors have no sympathy with your remarks, which are a complete misrepresentation of the facts, and especially in the light of the fact that you will not work, oe faithfully (Matta.
