Sands, Esq., Myrtlefield, Fe Hillsboro' Old Road, oo at ae Dear Mr. Sands, As you have left the employment of Harry Ferguson Limited it has become necessary to deal with the 300 £1 shares which you recently purchased in that Company at their par value. As you are probably aware, Mr. Ferguson as Governing Director has the right to acquire these shares from you by requisition. He would prefer, however, not to have to use this power in the circumstances and I think you will agree that as you have now left the Company so shortly after acquiring the shares it would be perfectly fair that you should sell them back again to him at the price you paid for them, plus the stamp duties you paid on purchase. If you agree to this, I will send you a formal transfer, and a cheque for the amount of the sale price on receipt of that transfer (signed), together with the share certificate. I should be grateful if you would let me have your reply as soon as possible. I am very sorry to hear that you have left the Company and I wish you the best of luck in your retirement. Yours ney
