Harry Ferguson (Motors) Ltd. There are other papers which may have to be signed later. At the moment, we have in mind only one case, namely an extensionof this "Rear Steered Cultivator" to Austria, it being desired that an application should be made there under post-war Moratorium provisions, still in force. The Austrian papers call for a formal Declaration of agreement to assign rights by your Company, Mr. Sands and Mr. Greer to Harry Ferguson Ine., entitling them to apply on their own behalf in Austria. We refer you to the enclosed Agreement, page 2, item (2). This formal Declaration, however, will have to be signed before a Notary Public. We suggest, therefore, that you make sure that Mr. Sands will be willing to take this step, in which event we shall have the Declaration drawn up and forwarded to you. There is much work to be done in connection with the proposed Austrian application, but we have held it all in suspense until we had the assurance that the document was going to be signed.
